Don't know what to say. 1. I've put Do not disturb sign at 7:30 AM and remove it at about 9:45 AM...and the cleaning service didn't got into the room till 6 PM so I had to go to the reception asking for clean towels. 2. Day after that cleaning was done at about 2PM (I didn't put any sign)...at that time I got back to room so the cleaning service got out quickly...I've asked if I need to leave so that they can do the cleaning properly...but they just ran out. 3. Next morning the room was so dirty, full of dust. Awful! The only good thing in this hotel was the breakfast.

Very friendly workers in the hotel. Room was clean and the hotel was quiet. But the thing is, there's a glass between the shower and the bedroom, so unless you're here with your partner or someone you're okay with seeing you naked, I wouldn't really recommend it. ;)

We went on a business trip with a colleague. The hotel is really nice and clean. The breakfast was also good. However, it was really inconvenient that the bathroom was only separated by a glass that you could see through. Also, the door could not be shut completely, so basically it could be seen and heard what the other person does in the bathroom. This was really inconvenient. I cannot understand how this does not bother everyone. It is a pity because otherwise the hotel was very nice.

Great hotel close to the heart of Graz! Never tried walking to the downtown area but if you cross the street and go down into the main train station of Graz, there is a tram stop to take you into the city center. On the tram, it only takes 5-10 mins. Rooms are very clean and even though we faced the street, very quiet as well. No complaints although I believe all rooms have a shower that has glass on the side facing the beds but there is a curtain that can be pulled across for privacy.
