Beds were fine and the room was quite big for the price and it's easily reachable by public transport from the airport. But the room smelled terribly like some sort of insecticide and it's not at all suitable for colleagues as the shower has a window to the bedroom, giving you no privacy at all.

Really bad experience with this hotel. I booked it as it was close to the airport thinking its going to be easy to reach there, as they also have a shuttle bus. I didn't realise it costs CHF 8 per trip. The room was OK. The gym was almost inexistent. Staff was, sometimes, as if picked up from the street, sometimes professional. Breakfast was very bad - poor quality products and almost no choice. Had dinner once there - schnitzel and fries, taste was as if products were frozen. Cleaning was very bad. I stayed there 5 days and had a glass of whisky in my first day. By the time I left that glass was still there. Sheets were never changed. I asked for an iron to iron some shirts. First iron was broken, it did not work. Second iron barely worked - see the picture. I will avoid this hotel going forward, such poor value for money.

The perfect destination when stopping over between flights. The reception desk were fantastic, professional and efficient. However, if you plan on getting a shuttle, be sure to print off the ticket like you were in the 90s because the driver lost his mind and, presuming I don’t speak German, swore at me for having the audacity of saving paper and showing the ticket on my phone. Aside from that guy, the hotel is great!

The worst hotel I've ever been to. The room was filthy with with spider-web, dust and hair. This was actualy the second room I was given, as the first one was already occupied(!!). The staff never appologized not did they ask me at any time how my stay was. Breakfast was a disaster. All tables were dirty with dishes and food, there was no clean silverwware, and even after I asked the staff to clean a table so I can sit and eat all they did was take some of the dirty dishes away. The shuttle to the airport costs more than the train from the city to the airport. completely not worth the stay, next time I'll stay in the city and take a train to the airport. Look at the pictures - three of them of the dirty room, one of the dining room. Never in my life have I seen staff that just doesn't give a damn about their guest experience like this one. The only good thing I can say is that the dinner was excellent

Stayed in this hotel recently during our trip to Zurich. We stayed for two days but when we came back second day after our long 12 hours tiring day we found our room was not cleaned ,house keeping staff only replaced the towel and napkin and haven't done anything else and room was very messy. As we reached hotel around 10pm in the night there's no house keeping staff available so i have to clean my bed and get it ready to sleep. This is not the expectations from the hotel like this. Even we informed at front desk but they have no idea as no staff available and they refused to do anything. This was really bad experience as after long tiring day we slept in the messy room for which we have paid good amount of money and service is not as per hotel standard. Hotel management should investigate this issue and take action.
