If there was a zero star, I would give it zero! The staff are not working full time! Nobody ever picks up at the front desk! I had to wait 20 minutes to be checked in with one couple ahead of me. I was going to spend my last night there trying to get some sleep before my early flight the next day. After taking a shower and turning the mattress, I discovered dirty spots on the sheet! I had never come across this in my entire life, no less in a country like Switzerland! I put my clothes on and tried to cover the sheet with a towel, the towel was torn! Result was that I could not even get an hour worth of sleep with clothes on! Oh, when they say free shuttle, it really means $12 franc. Save yourself agony and go to the Radisson Blu instead. When I called the housekeeping and front desk to let them know, nobody picked up.

Rooms size is okay, the shower cubicle is within the room only so is the wash basin, however the toilet is tiny, the dustbin is broken in the WC. Not sure about the services as did not avail any, the air conditioning doesn't work we kept the temperature at the lowest setting still out room was not getting cold enough, no ventilation in the rooms Window is blocked so can't really see any view. The safe didn't work, there is no plug for the kettle in the room pantry, Room cleaning is poor, not too great. Despite seeing that the dustbin is broken they didn't bothered to changes it upon cleaning the room. Location is far from train station can't walk with heavy luggage very comfortably.

All the staff were very sweet and helpful and the rooms were fine for a one night stay besides the A/C. The A/C did not cool the room for the entire night. We cannot stand warm hotel rooms. Besides that, the public bus will drop you off almost directly in front of the hotel. The train is just about a 10 minute walk away. The McDonald's next door is nice to have for those who arrive late at night like us.

This was not a good hotel and a disgrace to the Radisson reputation, I would think. Terrible customer service. My room was not properly cleaned from the previous user, the last cup of coffee was still there, and my room was not cleaned at all nor towels replaced throughout my stay. TV Remote control was not working. Phone not working and the staff at reception could not care less. They are also definitely the slowest set of receptionists I have ever seen. How can it take up to 20 mins to check EACH person in. It wasn't even a one-off. When I was checking out and needed to pay for the shuttle, it took the receptionist several minutes to simply sell a ticket.
