Intercontinental Hotel Jakarta exceeded expectations. The staff's warmth and helpfulness were exceptional, ensuring a delightful stay. The gym facilities were top-notch, catering to fitness enthusiasts. The rooms were extremely comfortable, blending luxury with cosiness seamlessly. An all-around excellent experience, making it a preferred choice for both business and leisure travellers. Definitely my go to hotel in Jakarta. Would not stay anywhere else.

Almost perfect hotel. Services are good, foods both quality and varieties are good, hotel atmosphere is good, and location is great. The hotel is connected to 3 malls, which is a convenient to find foods and stuffs. Room is spacious and amenities are good. The only feedback is the pillows, not to my liking - too soft and shallow. Hence night rests were not good. Hope they can change the pillow or have options to change them. But overall quite decent choice in Pondok Indah area.

Great hotel. Nice atmosphere, friendly staff. Good place for.business meetings and events, manynmeeting rooms, good service and facilities for business events. Connected to the hotel is their luxurious resident facilities. Photos are lobby of the resident area. Mall Ondok Indah 2 is also.connected to the hotel. Enjoy your stay.

I have to stay for a few days for midyear evaluation workshop at this hotel. Stepping through the lobby, i was immediately struck by the beautiful and friendly reception area. Light, airy and very spacious, very welcoming atmosphere. The staff throughout the hotel were very professional, friendly and extremely helpful. They always greeting and smiling to us. The breakfasts were amazingly complete. The location of the hotel is great. The room was very spacious and well equipped with all essentials i need like hairdryer, ironing board, complete with well-smell toiletries including the bath tub. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.
