I've been staying for almost 2 weeks,l and I must say the hotel front desk & restaurant staff are very friendly & helpful. However, can't say the same for Housekeeping. Must be reminded to top-up the toiletries like dental kits, soap, toilet paper and even shower gel. They also don't check the towels and on a number of occasions we were given stained towels. Stained towels are absolutely a no, no let alone a supposedly 4-star rated hotel.

Excellent stay! The room was clean and tidy, with all the necessary amenities. The Wi-Fi was fast, and the digital TV worked perfectly. Complimentary food was a nice touch, and the outdoor pool was enjoyable. Only minimal drawbacks were noted. Overall, a great experience!

We like staying here whenever we are in town. Location is very strategic and despite the hotel located next to the road, you can barely hear the traffic sounds. Service is impeccable, (can't comment about the food because we didn't order any room service / breakfast), and we totally like the cleanliness of the facility.

▪︎ Price cheap for spacious room ▪︎ staff very helpfull and kind ▪︎ enter swimming pool can't bring food , Swimming pool suitable for kids large pool for kids. Pool for adults well maintained, they have big trees around there that make you feel like you are swimming in Ubud. ▪︎ checkout problem, they very strict with late checkout even for guests which often stay there. ▪︎ no had basement parking but free parking for all car, easy for order delivery food but Helpful kind security ! Overall the best !!

Great service as soon as we walked in, with an informative check in and we were asked if we needed help with our bags. Room very clean and bed extra comfortable, had the best night's sleep ever. The food in the restaurant is good, breakfast is also good with lots of choices for breakfast. All the staff are very friendly and very polite. A lovely hotel that made our weekend enjoyable.
