The Intercontinental resort surpassed all my expectations, creating an unforgettable experience for my family. The impeccable service was evident in every interaction, with the staff consistently going out of their way to make our stay exceptional. From the warm welcome to the attentive assistance throughout our visit, their commitment to guest satisfaction was truly commendable. What truly set this resort apart was this exceptional staff, among them the lovely manager, Jude. The culinary offerings were a highlight, with a diverse range of delicious options that catered to various preferences. The expansive breakfast buffet was a gastronomic delight, featuring an array of choices that not only satisfied the appetite but also impressed with amazing flavors. The resort's commitment to culinary excellence added a delightful dimension to the overall stay. The pools were not only aesthetically pleasing but also provided a refreshing retreat. Each pool area was well-maintained, offering a perfect blend of relaxation and recreation. The private beach experience elevated our stay, providing a tranquil escape with pristine sands and breathtaking views. The accommodations were another standout feature. The rooms were not only clean and well-appointed but also impressively spacious, creating a comfortable retreat after a day of exploration. Three of my friends and I some t new years in Pattaya intercontinental , we were there for 24 hours, and loved every aspect of the hotel. And how accommodating the service and hotel members were ! 1- the spa was completely booked, but the lady went out of her way to help us find another one, equally good and comfortable as theirs. (Also provided pick and drop) she made the calls to a few places till we were accommodated ! So thank you for that! 2- a friend of mine had a little incident at breakfast the day we were leaving, so she decided not to make a big deal and leave, and not say anything but the restaurant members were vigilant enough to notice and called us while we were leaving to ask if they could accommodate us in anyway. We refused, but whilst we were at the check out the GM Jude (or RM) came asked made sure we were sorted apologized again! And cherry on top found us a comfortable me taxi to take us to the airport direct! Immaculate customer service, great food! Abundance of pools every where something for everyone! Could not have felt or been more complete for a relaxing holiday in Pattaya

Commonly, negative experiences tend to overshadow objectivity for most travelers. Let me strive for an impartial assessment. Rooms are large and offer garden view. The rooms are commendable, albeit at a premium cost. Premium/ club suits are even more overpriced. Club has wonderful high tea. We didn’t experience the cocktail hours as 2000 baht per person is not worthy. Get ready for climbing Navigating within the hotel proves challenging for the elderly due to multiple levels; although staff with golf carts is available, accessing the pool often involves stairs. Beach - see but don’t feel The beach, due to rocky formations, restricts direct access to the sea. The view, however, is a notable aspect. My daily bread Breakfast options are limited and repetitive, providing basic sustenance but lacking standout elements. Overall below expectations. Staff is good at good at wishing good morning but that’s about it. In terms of staff service, it falls below expectations for a premium establishment. Despite a specific request for early morning cleaning at check-in, our rooms weren't tended to until noon. We don’t want you at the bar The bar and restaurant offer excellent food. However, as is customary, the pricing of drinks discourages patronage at the hotel bar. The bar does boast a splendid view.

I am not a fan of Pattaya 😉 but staying in a nice hotel may change some old assumptions about this touristy place. The location of this hotel is not convenient for guests who want to be close to downtown, but it is quiet and private, and the view is much nicer. I feel the regular hotel room is okay without any fancy surprises, but it is comfortable and easily brings you good sleep. We feel the swimming pool is also nice as it is quiet with good service. Breakfast provides various choices with good quality. You can stroll around in the hotel and add steps to your exercise. It is relaxing with space. If you want to embrace Pattaya with different experiences, you should stay here. Highly recommend!

Thanks, Intercontinental Hotel for the wonderful stay over 9 days. It was a wonderful hospitality from the front desk, service crew, including behind the scenes. Kudos to the team and crew. I am looking forward to revisiting the hotel again in the near future. Note: The breakfast buffet is splendid. Do take time to enjoy its lovely spread of wonderful, delicious and tempting spread. Travellers tip, they provide free shuttle bus from the hotel to the Central Pattaya. It is an advantage for me since it was a great way for me to explore Pattaya.
