Stefano the host, and the cleaning lady, we’re both very communicative, welcoming, and helpful. We picked this hotel just because of location to the station but would have stayed longer if we could. The building the apartment is in looks dingy from the outside but once you enter the apartment space it looks bright, clean, and renovated. I will definitely stay here again next time I’m in Napoli. It was affordable and comfortable. -Enrico

Excellent value . Good sized room. Very friendly helpful staff. Allowed bag storage which is a bonus. Highly recommend location as only 100m to Central Station.

Horrible stay. It was the worst stay during my trip to Naples and Amalfi coast. The room was old and dirty and had bed bugs on our bed! When we told the receptionist, he did not want to do anything or change the room for us. Definitely don’t stay here, there are many budget friendly places to stay around the area.

DO NOT STAY HERE!! Me and my girlfriend booked this hotel last week. When we found out our inbound flight would arrive later then there check-in time we contacted them. They said they would stay to let us in. When we arrived in Naples and the hotel at 22.45 there was nobody there! They were nowhere to be reached, they just left us late at night in the bad area of Naples. They confirmed they would be there until 23.30. The way they handled this situation afterwards was terrible! I STRONGLY ADVISE YOU NOT TO GO HERE!
