My first time in Brno and absolutely happy with the apartment. The communication with them was so easy. They very helpful!!! The apartment was in a very good location, the all place so tidying smells nice. Close for everything , the view is amazing specially at night time. I’m definitely back on summertime for them. I can recommend for everyone. Thanks

Stood in one of their bigger appartments. Location is good People are friendly If you are a lot of people, the boiler of the appartment, reaches it's limits and not all can shower warm. Radiators were ice cold. Regarding it was autumn/winger season, thus is a big minus... Appartment at least not warm... Rather cold

Internesto will definitely be my go-to accommodation in Brno from now on! The room was clean and comfortable. The bathrooms & kitchens were shared with only a small number of people so they were always clean and available. The customer service was amazing - they answered all of my emails within a few minutes. Highly recommend!

5 star review- the apartment we stayed in was immaculate all the staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home and were so helpful as our plane was cancelled and we were stranded. Helped with our washing and we’re so friendly and spoke great English. We would 100% stay here again and it’s so close to the centre which was perfect for Xmas market. Great place to stay in Brno. The location is perfect and the place very nice, with a really cool vibe, the staff is very friendly. Everything looks perfectly clean. Very well thought, practical and comfortable. I would definitely come back. PS: for the fellow vegans out there, their breakfast can be very vegan friendly if you let them know in advance.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
