Amazing overall experience! Rooms /newly renovated suite/ are amazing and impeccably detailed. With a lot of good thoughtful elements :) Gym and Spa are excellent too. With great and helpful staff. Breakfast room is the only improvement I can mention. Hotel says it will be renovated soon!

I had an exceptionally pleasant stay at the Island Shangri-La Hotel in Hong Kong, particularly in the Presidential Suite. The breathtaking 180-degree view of Hong Kong was truly stunning, creating a memorable experience. The room services, including the food, were excellent and contributed to making my stay truly enjoyable. Highly recommend for a luxurious and scenic experience in the heart of Hong Kong.

i stayed for about a week over christmas at the island shangri la (isl) and it is one of the most enjoyable stay i had in any hotels in hk. hk hotels market is extremely competitive and though isl is not an inexpensive hotel, i found the price to value ratio is more than fair and acceptable. i booked and stayed in an club level room and every staff at the lounge is attentive, kind and courteous. from the moment i checked in, candy and her team has looked after my every need. nicole, ella, joyce, leo, aaron and tim are all excellent in their jobs. they are professional, patient and the most accommodating i have ever seen in hotel staff. the room i had came equipped with usb-c throughout and the thermostat actually works ! at temp that you want !! i used the gym and pool daily and the gym is kept meticulously clean and organized. i had dined in several of the restaurants and james at the petrus is amazing. i had several personal business to attend while in town and claude at the concierge proved to be indispensable. overall, i had a great stay and will definitely return to stay there again.

Luxurious atmosphere & Kind service Great harbour view & delicious breakfast I loved the renovated pool and sauna. And it's also great to be around the peak. Very close to nature(the peak and HK park), which makes feel very relaxed. I didn't stay at the renovated room, but I am sure that will be much better. Next time I would like to come back to this hotel definitely.

The Island Shangra-La Hong Kong is a wonderful hotel located directly in the best part of down town Hong Kong, close to the best shopping, entertainment, and dining the city has to offer. More than the ideal location, the hotel and its staff are incredibly welcoming and accommodating. Special thanks to the staff for making our stay so pleasant and a welcome respite after traveling to the PRC before heading back to the U.S.A.. The room service was on point and they serve one of the best breakfasts I've ever had. The restaurants and bars located on site are phenomenal and a great starting or ending point for any night on the town. Thank you!
