Unfortunately hotel staff are not responsible, they don't care about guests and their cars! The guy who park our car crash the car exactly each time he took the key! They accept that they crash our car but they didn't pay the rental car company. We ourselves pay forfeit totally.

Just an ordinary place to sleep and rest, it was clean. the good thing was the bathtub inside the roon. the hotel reception was a lady that wasnt helping at all and was very reluctant to answer and help

Honestly, I don't recommend this hotel!poor management,they couldn’t give you good service when the breakfast salon was crowded.loby stuff and receptionist were bad tempered and impatient!they didn’t answer your question with patience ,loby was too small and if you must be waiting there you can’t!smoking smell in the room and very thin wall is annoying!the only positive point is cleanliness and location!

Excellent service, well organised and clean. Shout out to Nilifer the cleaning lady! Despite the language barrier, we had such a laugh, you are so beautiful and we will miss you! ISMIRA HOTEL has made our week long stay pleasant and fun. Some staff spoke English which was super helpful. Due to being unwell, the entire staff particularly ensured our trip very easy. Ridvan and Deniz in the restaurant were friendly, my daughter would go down to get breakfast at 7am and we were well looked after without a doubt. Everything was nicely presented. On our last day, Ridvan personally came up to our room to deliver us a platter of apples, and milk so we could make tea in our own room. A massive shout out to the hotel team including reception who were welcoming all the way through. You’ve made our stay in Izmir unforgettable! We will continue to share our experience with friends and family in England. Thank you so much ❤️
