The hotel was very nice and the location and breakfast were both great, but it was the incredible staff that made our stay fantastic. From the moment we checked in, the reception was extremely friendly and helpful, but we really have to thank Osman for his kindness. My wife misplaced her jewelry bag and she thought maybe it was left at the hotel, so she rang them up. Osman went through hours of video camera footage to make sure no one entered the room. It turns out she hadn't left it there and she found it later. We felt really bad for the extra effort that Osman made, but we have to point out how professional and kind the service was. Outstanding service! Very sorry Osman for bothering you, but thank you so much for your help!

Cheap and cheerful. The rooms are clean though and reception very helpful. Also for the price (inclusive with room rate), the breakfast options are pretty good.

Worst experiences. Will not recommend anyone. Weird smell in the rooms. Very dirty toilets. Staff was very rude. Requested them to serve the breakfast at 7.50 instead of 8 since I have to check out. But refused to serve even if it was ready. Neighbouring pub is very cheap. Whole night I was listening to drunk fights and hotel staff was also involved in it. I don’t know the reason but Staff was not ready to give me the invoice of the stay. Awful management.
