Actually they don’t even deserve 1 star! It’s zero star! The worst receptionist I’ve ever seen in my life! Not friendly at all and very rude! They need to fire her for sure! I’ll never ever book this hotel ever again! Very unprofessional and they don’t help people at all! On top of that they accuse people of stealing towels!!!!!! Towels?!!! What kinda of hotels accuse their customers of stealing towels !!!! The worst hotel ever! The ceiling was leaking, toilet not flushing! Old building!
