I want to share my experience at this hotel in Baku. I bought a plug and paid for it, but the manager accused me of not paying and called me a liar. Their attitude was really unfriendly and they had a bad temper. It was such a disappointing encounter. In addition to the issue with the manager, the rooms were too small and the breakfast options were limited

A very nice hotel in Baku. We stayed there for 2nights. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. Major plus point was that many staff was able to understand English unlike in other places at Baku. The hotel gives out a like luxury boutique feeling and we loved it there
