Right in the heart of Kuta and loud nightlife if that’s what you’re after. Unfortunately the hotel lobby can get very loud after 4am when all clubs are closed with no concerns for guests. My room was not cleaned properly, bed remade with dirty sheets until I stripped them myself they weren’t changed. Room was not cleaned properly, dirty dishes and rubbish constantly left in room unless cleaned yourself. Constant disruptions, noise late at night and early morning awaking from room service or loud guests. Very dark, no natural lighting at all and only view of sky garden wall. Shower was horrible and did not work properly at all. It’s affordable and obviously In party central, so if that’s what you’re looking for! Staff are very friendly and cafe service was lovely.

The room is comfy overall, the hotel design looks good and the staff are so friendly. The location is strategic too. So, it’s worth it to stay here

Rooms were small, and smelt terrible. I told the front desk and the house keeper did come and mop the room but it still wasn’t enough. Seems to lack air flow so it smelt like urine, mould and chemicals. BESIDES THE SMELL, the rooms were small but still good! The housekeepers did a wonderful job!! The breakfast was pretty disappointing as well, there wasn’t enough food and when there was food, it was cold. They kept the containers open the entire time. But the staff were quick to clean up everything. That being said, the hotel itself was nice, the staff were helpful and very friendly! The restaurant had good food (we ate at the restaurant and ordered room service and it was a very good experience!) The location was also perfect.
