I’ve chosen Jacob Samuel due to the location since it is in a walking distance to the beach but also next to many good cafes and restaurants. We have been pleasantly surprised with the hotel, great value for money! Rooms are clean, very comfortable bed and soft towels, there is water and coffee pads every day. But above all is the exceptional service of the people working at the hotel. Everything we needed help with or fixing, has been done within the shortest time. The staff is the real star of the hotel. Special thank you to Maria who has made our vacation and stay in this hotel unforgettable. Thank you so much and we will definitely choose this hotel for our next trip.

What a great boutique hotel ! 4 rooms per floor, with balcony to enjoy the city. Everything is so nearby: Beaches, city, bus stops, Dizengoff Blvd & Square. Hotel staff is extremely charming. We’ve been to Dead Sea and the clerk at lobby booked our bus tickets for us. Rooms are clean and cleaned everyday. Will certainly visit again when visiting Tel Aviv again! תודה!

I can't speak highly enough about our experience at Jacob Samuel and can't wait to book my next stay with them. First of all, the location is prime. It is on the busiest street filled with tons of shops and restaurants. Cafe popular is right downstairs and is always great to have a fun dinner at. It also just a couple blocks from the beach. The hotel itself felt very clean and modern. I often find that most boutique hotels feel like motels; whereas this truly felt like a nice modern luxury experience. Our rooms were cleaned well daily, and there were new towels and water bottles left for us. Most importantly is how incredible the staff was. Everyone working at the hotel greeted us in the friendliest manner, was always quick to help us in anyway we needed, and accommodated us to the best of their ability. I can't recommend a hotel enough.

We absolutely loved staying at this boutique hotel located in the heart of Tel Aviv. The location was perfect and all the staff were incredibly nice and accommodating. My friend and I had such a great experience that we decided to rebook the same location after deciding to extend our trip. I can’t say enough good things about Jacob Samuel - we will definitely be back!

Prime location! Everything is literally within a short walking distance. Coffee shops, restaurants, groceries, gelato, pharmacies, shopping, health food store, Fast Food etc. Beach is an easy 5 min walk!. Parking spaces are non existent. Reception area is small. Located in the midst of restaurant bar and serbice area with sliding doors. A bit odd, noisy and not really air conditioned. Saff is really nice, friendly and helpful. The Hotel has 6 floors, with elevator, clean and air conditioned hallways. Comfort room is small but sufficient, clean, quiet and has a small window facing next door hotel Jacuzzi and pool. It's a mamad which is great if you're sensitive to noise, but I couldn't get the door to shut fully lol. Street noise is surprisingly low considering you are right in the dead center of TLV. Not so much between rooms, but that's usually the case in hotels. There's a mini bar, Coffee machine (pods) and complementary bottled water and wine during your stay! Clean thick towels, comfy bed, dark curtains for a good night's sleep. All in all a very good experience, I highly recommend spending a night or two and enjoying all TLV has to offer.
