Worst experience that I ever had… DISGUSTING!! The photos don’t have anything to do with the reality! Please please check the images that I attached. I couldn’t stay there, it’s literally unsanitary!! Mouldy smell, stains everywhere, unwashed stained bed sheets!! Why would I for something like this?? I asked for a refund as I left straight away but property refused to give me the money back!!

Worst property I’ve ever seen. We had to leave, it’s impossible to stay there. It was smelling bad, the air conditioner was not working and there were stains ever including on the bad sheets!! If you don’t trust me then have a look at these pictures :)

I'm rating this 5 stars because the staff were so accommodating. They got everything we asked for. They had a set up for renting mopeds that were brought to the hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious. Unfortunately the beds were just so uncomfortable. If you don't care where you sleep and want to be super close to the market, this place is amazing. It's walking distance within Old city and the markets.

Sripoom Boutique House is very comfortably and clean, in a great location just outside the old city square. We stayed here for the Festival of the Lights and the location was excellent - only 1.7km walk away from the Nawarat Bridge on the Ping River. Daily housekeeping, laundry facilities for 50 baht/kilo of washing... Washing service was a little slow - it took 24 hours but that was only an issue because we had no clean clothes left (long term travellers). Safe and had nil issues leaving valuables in room while out for the day (though we did keep our bagged sections with passports locked up just incase, but honestly don't think there would be an issue).
