⭐ - Absolutely Disappointing! Beware, this hotel blatantly disrespected my parents, offering subpar service based on their age and race. It's appalling and intolerable. Despite paying the same as any other guest, they experienced such unwarranted discrimination. I demand an immediate refund! We'll take our business where respect and equality matter. Reconsider if you're planning to book here - your money, time, and dignity are better valued elsewhere. This is a firm CANCEL! A lesson in real hospitality is needed here.

Very clean and nice looking hotel with spacious rooms and good location. Sea view for a few extra thousand won is definitely recommended. Front desk spoke English. If you are willing to walk from the airport, it is about a 45 minute walk (I was too stubborn to learn the bus system for a two day stay). Service was incredible, there were two full sized towels when I arrived along with two bottle of water. The second day I was there, there was a bag on my door with two more hand and bath towels, along with two more bottles of water. Very nice area to walk around with many restaurants. Bathroom did not have a tub, which is apparently not uncommon in South Korea, and bathroom floor will get a bit wet when showering, but not too big of a deal. Only downside is there is very little practical storage space. There are a few coat hooks, and a very tall and wide closet with no shelf space or hooks to hang anything. Very nice hotel with great staff.

Good location and very convenient. For a three star hotel it is very acceptable. Room size is just right and well kept. Has air-conditioning for both heat and cold. Amenities in room is good for it's class standard. Breakfast is not brilliant but quite acceptable. If you are looking for a practical budget choice, this could be the one.

Very clean hotel with a breakfast buffet upstairs for only 7 us dollars food is okay but its so good for the price. The room is clean and the maids keep everything stocked. Hotel Is close to everything and you can wake up with a beautiful Ocean view it cost about 50 us dollars a night to stay here which is crazy cheap because in the US 50 dollars for a hotel room you might get bugs and very unclean rooms but not at the Jeju Palace hotel!!! I was skeptical at first when I first arrived looking at the outside of the building but I was wrong! If you are an active person there is a weight room down stairs but the equipment is very bad. They have a bench but it looks like its from the 1960's and the barbell isn't even a real barbell It looks like they used a metal broom stick for a barbell I unracked one of the weights on one side and the whole bar bell fell over cause like I said it isn't a real barbell I should mention that they don't let foreigners use the weight room though. I got away with it because I'm korean and spoke Korean but when the man found out I was from the states all of a sudden the next day I wasn't allowed to use the weight room. But If you just wanna run the hotel is very close to the board walk and you can run there! Overall the hotel is very nice and its crazy how cheap it was for the quality of the hotel (rooms are a little smaller than what you are probably used too) only down side was the weight room but that's only a down side if you like to lift weights but if you are there for a vacation I recommend this place!
