Good location but the overall 3 star hotel lacks lighting and needs refinement in the toilet, shower door is only halve way, still the floor gets wet. But if you dont mind sub standard pillows beds etc it is a good location to move around in Georgetown.

Pretty basic hotel. Reception staff unable to handle basic requests. Rooms not well maintained ie no shower curtain so water went everywhere, carpets from the 1970’s. Reminders everywhere about not stealing the tv or spitting on the floor! Then on check out you’re not allowed to leave until room is inspected to make sure you’ve not stolen any of their cheap decor.

The front desk guy is a bit impolite during arrival check-in. Hot water issue and a bit crumpy. All items in the room were priced on the list, like the hotel customers are regarded as thieves. Even an ugly TV screen was priced at MRY 2000 😁🤣. Very unprofessional,

Can't say I enjoyed my stay here. The rooms are of a good size but several things really turned me off... A. I asked to be moved to a room as my room at the end of the hall had 0 WiFi. They moved me to a supposed better location and I added MYR160 for what's supposed to be an upgrade with better WiFi but the WiFi still was very weak and kept cutting out. I had to go down to the reception to get a stable connection. There are single and 2 star hotels out there that are cheaper with better WiFi. B. There's no shower curtain. Maybe there isn't supposed to be a shower curtain or they just decided to cut it out of their budget. Whatever the reason may be, because there's no shower curtain, the toilet floor is all wet making it slippery. This is a lawsuit waiting to happen. C. There's no safe in the room. Well they never did mention that their rooms includes a safe but for a place that's called continental, I'd expect a safe. D. The walls are so thin that noise from the next room will seep into your room. The room next door started watching TV at around 1:30am and it woke me up. The rooms actually are pretty old as well as all the furniture inside and I think they need a renovation soon.
