This is my private feeling, which is based on private experiences and expectations. This place is a bit scary, we spent 1 night there and we were alone. There were no other guests. The hotel has a staff of 2 very nice employees, but they speak little English. The room - decorated like in an English house, looks less attractive than in the photos, feels damp, additionally without a TV, hairdryer, slippers, bathrobe, kettle. Comfortable bed, clean new bathroom. The location of the hotel - it is not special, it is not quiet, there are no nice views, surrounded by other buildings. The food is good but small portions and a short menu. We felt strange here, the place is downright terrifying. I don't understand what the idea of this place is and where this price comes from!!!. We checked out at 7 a.m. right after breakfast. Looking at the reviews, some guests are delighted, others complain. We definitely DID NOT LIKE IT AND DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE

Lovely property very well maintained, large garden was just getting prepared during as we checked in after long rain, we brought sunshine to them, excellent staff they will go all out to make delighted because making you happy may be not enough for them, delicious food excellent choices, our 3 children occupied the suite with large sitting area as well. Chief & kitchen doing there best to make you happy. Definitely we will come back, if you like to have privacy with while having a drink there is huge garden for that , we like that. Big thank you for everyone at Broomfield including gardeners

Honestly, this place is extremely overrated and overpriced. First of all, when we arrived, there was no formal check in process, we just kept yelling until one of the staff showed up. The rooms are totally unequipped - no coffee/tea station, no amenities, cleaning supplies, etc. on top of that, the breakfast was not part of the price of the room ($250). The whole place has only 2 staff members who barely speak any English. Granted, they are very polite and kind, but I was expecting a lot more. Even the room itself is not as beautiful as it looks in the photos. The only good thing was the location, right at the center of Nuwara Eliya, close to all the important locations. We were seriously disappointed and wish we actually went somewhere else with that amount of money. I’ve been to 3 other boutique hotels in Sri Lanka, this was the most expensive and the worst. Would not go back.

We are totally reccomendJetwing broomfield. We spent one night at broomfield in August 2023. We stayed there for BB. We had positive experience at the place. Room: Clean rooms with heaters and hot water. Nice interior. Food: They provided strawberry and rhubarb compote with macrooon as the welcome drink. For Breakfast we had 1sri Lankan and 1 Western Breakfast. Hats off to the chefs food was delicious. They provided Freshly baked goodies, fruit juice, string hopper and few other curries for breakfast. Staff was kind enough to provide cereals for kids even before we tell them. Staff: Very helpful and decent staff. From arrival to our checkout they were very concerned about every single guest. But I think place need more staff. 2 staff members and 2 chefs managed everything there. Location: it's in the nuwereliya town. Close to Victoria park, town, and many other popular places. We had memorable stay at Jetwing broomfield. All thanks goes to 2 staff members and 2 chefs at broomfield. Good luck and we will visit again for sure.
