Stayed here for 10 days quarantine in September. Can't give it any real scores as we were locked in rooms. The place will need a decent overhaul now quarantine has finished!

That it isn't the newest hotel might be OK, but that the typical service and friendliness must be completely absent?! No welcome but a bored and annoyed sight reaches you when you ask an additional question. Don't come early morning in stress, if you are lucky, the only guy there will try to move towards you as slow as possible, probably to avoid dust to fly off. Breakfast is on lower cantine level and instead a good morning, a "room number" is barking at you. The rooms are clean. But in a 4 star hotel I except at least a tea bag in the room. The walls quite thin, you hear the neighbours clearly but city noise is ok... Guess the windows good. No, can absolutely not recommend that place... For 2 stars ok but as there I'll expect a friendly contact with the guests. Price is too high too for this room and hotel equipment level. The two points I only give for the cleanness.

Hotel was ok, but several things like the GYM should be updated. The skybar was extremely expensive and not very good. The conference room was good. For the same price are better hotels available in Shanghai
