Horrible, and I repeat HORRIBLE wifi. Wifi is one of the main criteria for me when I stay somewhere because I often work from home and I had so many situations in this hotel where my calls dropped or I couldn't perform an important action just because the wifi was spotty or simply not working at all. They give you two wifi options, but they're both absolutely useless 24/7.

Excellent hotel near the beach in Da Nang. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable with strong WiFi. A small pool is on the 10th floor. The hotel is located in an area with lots of restaurants and coffee shops. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel staff provided free transport to the hotel from the airport with my reservation. A great place to stay in Da Nang, especially for the price. Highly recommended.

What makes this place special are the staff, such as Lin, Andrew, and the housekeeper, who go above and beyond to deliver a great experience. The location is great, tucked away from the hustle but close enough for a 5 minute walk to the beach. With that said, I think the facility is lacking even for a 3 star hotel. I can understand that these cost-cutting measures are a result of COVID and low occupancy. However, too much can negatively impact the customer experience. For example, there are times when I had to wait nearly 10 minutes for the elevator because only one of the two is operational. And there are other upgrades that I think are much needed, like the TV unit. A smart TV that offers streaming services like Youtube or Netflix would add tremendous value to the stay. Because watching frozen and choppy clips from the antenna signal is really frustrating. Lastly, others have mentioned the gym. And I agree that it is lacking...2-3 weights and a broken cycling machine can’t exactly be called a gym. Jolia has a lot of potential. It already has the most essential ingredient in hospitality, which is great staff who care. I hope that management will take this feedback constructively and deliver a better product.

Rooms are quite nice and clean, A/C works very well, only gripe is the TVs YouTube dont work and no possibility for Netflix. I was on 7th floor and Wi-Fi still strong. Service from front desk very friendly. Not fond of the physical location. There are a lot of hotels down side streets that are packed with vendors and bars etc. this hotel is on a side street with nothing, so you need to walk a block or two to eat or get to a market. Even the views outside window are of empty lots with garbage.

I had a wonderful stay at Jolia hotel in Da Nang. The hotel is located in a great area, and it's conveniently close to the beach. The receptionist, Lena, was incredibly friendly and helpful. The highlight of my stay was definitely the rooftop pool, which offered a stunning view of the city. I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Jolia hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Da Nang
