We stayed in Jolia’s house for one month and it was a very good experience. We had some small issues in the room like the bathroom door not closing, but the staff was extremely friendly and they fixed it right away. They did not charge anything for the fixes done in the room. During our stay, all of the staff were really helpful to us & even greeted us everytime we go in & out. Location wise, it was right in front of a road going to a public beach & it was very near a convenience store. The bed was comfy and big, we had a desk for working, internet/wi-fi was okay, also had a washing machine though I think it needed a bit of cleaning. Wasn’t a big issue to us though. Overall, we were definitely happy choosing Jolia’s House for our 1 month stay in Da Nang.

I wanted to like the place but it’s all rather unclean and a lot of the building needs care and repair. There was only one member of staff who was nice to us on our stay and we ended up leaving 1 month early. The photos are very outdated. This place is ok if you’re doing a short stay but not if you’re doing a long stay as it misses the mark and is a bit inconvenient. Like I said, works are a hotel tho. Good: pool, by beach, near shops, large room Bad: messy building, no mattress protection, organisation, some staff not interested if helping you, very loud

If you're only staying a day or two and just want a bed, this could be ok. But don't expect it to look like the pictures – it seems like this place used to be fine, but it's been poorly taken care of for years. Check out the pictures below to see how things are randomly scattered around. If this were one of the cheapest accommodations I’d stayed in I would’ve thought ‘eh ok’. However, this was one of the more expensive places and it’s hard to see why.

I was there for a month- room was ok for the price and all the staff was always very friendly for the whole of my stay until the least day when they claimed that I should pay for a floor repair for a chair scratch that could be fixed with just cleaning and maintenance from their side. I even showed them by doing it myself and improve a lot in little no time. The walls were not at 100% and it didn’t bother me until this happend, this could easily be avoided with less than a 1USD sponge thing in the bottom of the chair. The “scratch” was normal from moving the chair when working. I had to pay because I had to leave asap and they had my deposit. Manager rude and now that I see other reviews many people agree about this. Sadly looks like a normal practice in south east Asia when you give deposit instead of using platforms as Airbnb. I’ll not recommend
