I had a lovely stay here for two nights, the room was really comfortable, clean and nicely designed. It was also really close to a night market (though small, was great for a midnight munch). The staff were very attentive and helpful with parcel deliveries and taxi hires. I thoroughly enjoyed the stay and would absolutely come back again. Thank you!!!

Jolley Hotel is an outstanding hotel. We have found the staff to be attentive and courteous. It is 5 minutes walk to a near by MRT station. There are plenty of eateries around. The apartment is spacious, quiet and comfortable for a small family. It felt like a home whilst we were in Taipei. The washing machine/dryer is much appreciated as we were travelling for a couple of weeks. We would definitely like to return to the hotel for our future Taipei trips.

This is a great hotel for families with young kids or elderly. Some apartments have steps and some don't, so if non-steps apartment (for kids or elderly) is a requirement, be sure to enquire about those in advance. But the ones without steps do not come with a bath tub. I think the nearby night market is very small but there are plenty of local food options around the hotel with a reasonable price point.

Booked the Jolley Hotel for 4 nights, and this is an incredible stay. We booked the Family Suite for 3 adults, and the rooms are impeccably clean and spacious. The hotel front staff is really amazing. They are so courteous, and they go beyond to provide excellent customer service. They even helped us book a taxi service for the entire day to show us all the sights. The Jolley Hotel breakfast is one that we have been looking forward to each morning. They offer a variety of food, and our favorite part was the fresh squeezed fruit & vegetable juice that the staff prepares fresh to order. I typically stay at the big, global “brand name” hotels when I travel, but I will recommend Jolley Hotel to everyone that visits Taipei. Thank you to the staff for the greatest service. 10/10 will recommend again and again.
