At the reception area there is ramp, not protected from side salon. Many people falled while standing in hall on ramp in some places 40 cm height between hall and ramp (see attached photo). They should provide a kind of handrail to the safety of clients. Room need some maintenance, bed sheets and pillows lack cleaness. Some mugs and glasses scratched, no knifes available in restaurant. Juice at breakfast not fresh. I don't recommend this Hotel, personnel staff racist and lack professionalism. It is not worth 4 stars.

I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Firstly, upon checking out, I discovered unexpected charges on my bill. It's disheartening to feel scammed by a place that should prioritize honesty and transparency. To make matters worse, the receptionist's behavior was utterly unprofessional and sarcastic when I questioned these charges. Instead of addressing my concerns with empathy and understanding, their responses were dismissive and condescending. Such an attitude is unacceptable in the hospitality industry and left a lasting negative impression. I strongly advise future guests to scrutinize and be be cautious of potential hidden fees while checking out. It's disappointing that what could have been a pleasant stay was overshadowed by these unethical practices and poor customer service. I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and takes corrective actions to maintain the hotel's reputation.

Be careful. Staff is awesome, but they are pretty clever in generating income for the unsuspecting. They offer free water by the bottle on the counter, but they put water in the fridge that they charge 80 baht per bottle (in my opinion is very expensive). My question is, if water is free, why put water in the fridge that is 80 baht? They do post a sign on the counter for charges for different things (including water), but it is confusing which one is free and which one is not. The nice large glass bottle water is free, but the small plastic bottle in the fridge is 80 baht. My mistake for not being careful, but I suggested to them that if water is free, take out the water in the fridge. Receptionist just looked at me and said, okay, thank you, good bye. She obviously just wanted to get rid of me. At that point, I obliged her. I do not want to sound negative, I am just trying to warn others not to make same mistake (unless you want to pay 80 baht for a 10 baht water). Other than the water issue, and receiving a double bed room when i requested 1 double bed (Queen), staff was great, location was okay, room was clean, valet parking if you are coming in on Soi 4, but entrance to parking is on Soi 3.
