Thanks to BF advertising on Jalan magazine for the #1 low-end accommodation. This place WAS really nice 10 years ago, NOT NOW 👎 ☆1 Public bath opening hours close at 11pm. I have never seen the hotel was SO run down and very tight with money. ☆1 Dinner: Bad quality of Sushi. It's like you left the frozen Sashimi for 3 days. Tasteless cooked dishes were so bad that I only liked Ramen made by Sri Lankan staff😋👍 Breakfast: The fish eggs weren't Salmon roe. It was Trout roe, the smaller eggs and cheaper. It was waterly and definitely wasn't fresh. Jozankei View Hotel also used leftover dishes from dinner. Some dishes were the same as yesterday. ☆4 Room on 15th Floor was good. Only because I knew the room previously. Amenity was self-service and low cost products for Jalan's #1 place which wasn't good enough for what I was expecting. For the conclusion, this company is scam to me. I am so disappointed 😞

Stayed the main building and rooms and furniture were quite beaten. Nevertheless the room is also some of the largest. Onsen is available in main and new building. The Onsen in new building consist of open view indoor and an open air. The Onsen in the basement of main building is also large but quite worn out. However the open area is nice with limited outside view. Parking is free, Jozankei area has very little eatery and majority of shops closes at about 3:30 pm.

Although the room is small and looked old, it's clean and the hotel location is good. The buffet meal in the morning and evening could be improved. The quality and taste is below par.
