Say what you want about this hotel but the service is impeccable. I left my laptop in my previous hotel in Kyoto but our hotel desk officer for the day - Ms Nakayama 中山 (she was working tirelessly on Xmas Eve even) helped me to contact our previous hotel, spoke to them and arranged for the delivery service back to me. The previous hotel in Kyoto had hanged up our phone-call apparently due to the language barrier. However, She really made my day and was really patient with me throughout the whole ordeal of me losing my laptop. I would give her 100 out of 5 stars if i had the option. Thank you Ms Nakayama! 中山！

Brilliant service, smallish rooms but big enough to be comfortable, staff were very friendly and highly recommend the hotel! You can walk through to Shibuya station and in a great area with nice local restaurants near by
