Pros: 1. Excellent location, just a 3-minute walk to the nearest Tokyo Metro station. 2. Generally friendly and accommodating staff. 3. Undisrupted view, thanks to higher floors (lower floor are occupied by their apartment?). Cons: 1. Noisy washing machines that can be disruptive, even after room change. The persistently noisy and rattling washing machines were a notable downside, even after addressing the issue with the manager and changing rooms. It's surprising that this aspect is not mentioned in other reviews, indicating a potential concern for light sleepers or those seeking a peaceful stay. 2. Limited international breakfast options, especially for Muslim guests, with a focus on pork items.

Reasonably priced clean rooms. My room came with a small kitchenette, washer/dryer, a shower with tub and a seating area. It was small but quite comfortable. The hotel was quiet. The staff were polite and friendly. The hotel's location is very good - two minute walk to Gaiemmae Station and 20 minute walk to Harajuku (nearest shopping area).

Not a hotel I would recommend at all. If the location matches your needs, don't include breakfast! Rooms are pretty small, and facing a cemetery. One nice touch is that they have a washing machine - drier in the room. Lobby is on the 12th floor, which might be hard to find the first time you come and a little inconvenient. The worst part without doubt is breakfast. You don't even have hot milk, won't they even care about heating it for you or preparing some nice coffee with the machines they do have. Coffee quality is pretty bad and you would just basically just find some hard white bread for toasts, sausages and egg. I wish I hadn't included breakfast in my reservation.

Very good location, 4 min walk from the Ginza subway line. Room was okay except the A/C, which only had Japanese directions and was pointed directly at you (which I do not like). Counter service was generally helpful during my 8 night stay. The hotel switched to a new cleaning method that allowed to change my bed sheets only once, which is too infrequent. Difficult to compare, as I stayed no where else in Tokyo, but would probably not choose this hotel again.
