The hotel is quite near to JR Sapporo Station. And it was quite good. I like that they have free breakfast although they are quite simple. Just bread, juice, milk, coffee, egg, soup, potato salad and milk pudding. The only thing I dislike about this hotel is the windows are tight seal and opening is not possible. Luckily unlike other hotel in Japan, their air conditioner even have cooling function even during winter. Their luggage storage is a big plus for me.

Love this hotel!! Room is really nice with big bathroom & fully automated toilet bowl. Breakfast was simple but everything were delicious. There are 2 convenient stores just 1 min away from hotel. Sapporo Station is about 5 mins walk away. The only pity is that the window can't be opened & no view.

One of the staffs was not accommodating AT ALL. No smiles, not in good mood, stiff. The room is old . Fairly clean. HOWEVER, the room smells like cigarettes EVEN I REQUESTED FOR NON SMOKING ROOM. I had horrible time sleeping. I’m not done… breakfast you only got bread, milk no protein nor salad. Quick and easy 😉 Location is probably the only good thing about this hotel. Zero star
