Because it is close to the festival plaza, you will have no trouble finding alternative food other than the restaurant at the hotel. close to sports center. close to the nearest shuttle if you stay overnight just for transit. The hotel staff was very friendly, the check-in process was fast, breakfast was sufficient. Only the room size was a bit small, but because I was alone and staying overnight for transit, everything was fine.

I didn't stay here but had a wedding technical meeting on the 3rd floor. Staffs were being very helpful, professional, courteous and polite, from security and waitresses. The place itself is easily accessible using public transport and personal vehicle and easily visible from the street. I had a pleasant experience visiting this place and would commend on their service.

We recently hosted our event at the JS Luwansa Hotel & Convention Center. The entire process, from start to finish, was seamless. We received outstanding support from our first contact with Dinar, through the event setup and the detailing process with Mariana, and finally with the fantastic support from her team during the event. I highly recommend JS Luwansa, not only for events but also for the memorable stays it offers. The well-appointed rooms and excellent customer service from all staff members greatly enhanced our overall experience
