Booked a family suite room for 3 adults and 1 child. Surprisingly the apartment style room is big and spacious! Air-conditioner functioning well. However, the water shower is quite leaking. Then, the toilet flush is quite malfunction. Hopefully the hotel management would try their best to fix this room facilities. Anyway, this hotel provide breakfast and lunch! The staff are nice and friendly! Lastly, the location is just near attractions and not far from the Brunei Airport.

Rooms are really old. The bathroom has mould. Free breakfast has only savoury options. They will charge you for a piece of toast if you don't like savoury breakfast. Location is convenient

1 night stay at the 5th floor 4 pax room. Lift not functioning. Get ready to climb up and down the stairs. Not really recommended for senior citizens and kids. Maybe could request for lower level room. Wifi super slow. Hotel is suitable if you are only there to sleep & under budget. Eventhough the building looks super old, the room is clean and location is right in the centre of the city of Bandar Seri Begawan.
