We booked a room, it was confirmed, and because we arrived later than 6pm and we didn't confirm the arrival time, they gave the room to somebody else. When we arrived to the hostel with our bags, after a long day, we found out that we had to find another place. Very bad service

The owner double booked my room to get more money on the 2nd booking. She was verbally abusive and aggressive towards me

The hostel is a bit old, but the room was clean and the host was friendly. However, there was noise from nearby bars at night, so if you are sensitive to sound, you might want to bring earplugs. The room lights were really dim, so it was difficult to read or write at night. The only outlet was by the door, which was a bit inconvenient. Additionally, the room was very well-ventilated, so it got a bit cold at night. I suggest the host changing the light shades, adding an extension cord and provide an extra blanket
