Incredible property with amazing staff. Request a high floor with river view. Executive lounge offers food and beverage unlike anything in the US. GM (Silvio) is about as good as they come. He runs an extraordinary hotel, and no detail is overlooked. This is more like a Four Seasons or Ritz than JW. His team is unified in providing a seamless, relaxing and enjoyable experience. Thank you for an incredible stay!

As a platinum Marriott member, this hotel is very much not recommended by me. 1. The hotel signage is particularly inconspicuous, and it's very difficult to find the check in place, whether you're coming from the shopping mall or directly from the main entrance; 2. The hotel's rooms are small in the hallways, and the hygiene is organized in a very poor way; 3. The hotel front desk is very annoying, and will bother you time and time again, and doesn't care at all about the customer's feelings;4.All kinds of requirements and restrictions, such as Happy hour can only be one hour, so on and so forth, sorry to have been to a lot of countries for the first time in Korea have this treatment. You can try some other hotels in Korea, but don't come back to this hotel.

Absolutely love this property! The rooms were immaculate, the sheer size of the pool and the gym blew me away, and service was commendable. Big shoutout to Michael Kim at the front desk - he had very kindly accommodated to our room request and even called on us to check if everything was ok! Highly recommended for the price and location.

I'm rating this place low as regardless of rather or not im flight crew they refuse to acknowledge my status as Bonvoy titanium and platinum as my fri3jd also very dossapointed. and won't include breakfast and give us a measly 15% discount which barely covers the tax. 62. Us dollars for breakfast is ridiculous. I couldn't charge to my room without first putting a CC down at the tiny front desk which only holds two computers for a 340 room hotel. Anyhow, so I went and put cc down and then went to coffee shop. Charged to my room and then front desk needed my cc again!!!! My TV wouldn't work and someone had to come and eventually got it to work. The maids quarter where right outside my door and had to deal with the noise from her cart and stuff. My room temp was set to 30 degrees and never got over 23 and I froze as im from a hot climate. The long wait for elevators and front desk is not JW qualities.
