Good location, have many restaurants choice for both dinner and breakfast. Very old rooms lack of basic amenities. Old and dirty furniture. Dirty toilet and old bathtub with small spiders. Reused plastic slippers. No toothbrushes and toothpaste provided. Good thing is the bathroom water supply is adequate and the hair dryer is strong enough.

I just checked in this afternoon on this hotel. I just extremely disappointed. The entrance is so bad when you need to carry one big luggage and small one if you don't have a car and don't use a taxi but use the transportation because you have to carry down through the stairs. The elevators and room are so small and dirty, especially the carpet. the furniture is so low class as it should be only 1 or 2 stars l, not higher than 2 stars. This hotel shouldn't be worth to pay for almost krw100,000 or 2,500 baht or A$120. I won't come back here anymore and not recommend anyone for sure.

The hotel overall was ok but just old. The owner or the maintenance neglected the quality of the hotel rooms. The lobby was nice and all but the hallways and rooms were not maintained properly or at least a standard of a 3 star hotel. If you are looking for a place to just sleep and explore Korea, it is fine to book a room from this hotel. If otherwise, better not. The location of the hotel is marvelous. Some staff is friendly and some exhibits an attitude of not wanting to work. However, the cleaning ladies and the maintenance uncle was very helpful in resolving our issue of the aircon not functioning. The carpets of both the hall and room may be contaminated with germs and dusts as there is obvious presence of mold and stains.
