We had a wonderful stay! Starting. With our arrival, Emily, was able to upgrade us due to my platinum status. Our room was gorgeous! Beds were so comfortable. My husband and I used the spa. Sharon was an amazing masseuse! She made me feel so comfortable. We will definitely be coming back to the spa in the future. Breakfast was so delicious! They were so accommodating to our little boy with an egg allergy. The lobby bar was a great atmosphere and Dustin was hilarious. We will 100% be staying here again for all of our Disney trips, so convenient and staff were great!

What a great place to stay! Just make sure you make a breakfast reservation otherwise plan to wait! We loved how they separated the pools one for kids & an adult pool! They brought a pitcher of ice water out & place the towels in the chairs for us! We had dinner on the rooftop & everything we tried was delicious! They are very creative with their cocktails & service was impeccable. It was exciting to see the fireworks at Epcot & Disney from the rooftop! Close to Disney but you Definitely need a car to leave hotel.

Loved this hotel overall. The rooms are very nice, clean and well equipped. Common areas are large, clean and spacious. The restaurants were a little disappointing and we ended up leaving since they were too slow to come to our table at lunch time. Bar area is nice but missing atmosphere - Needs a little music or live entertainment to create a lounge feel.

I had great service at the Unreserve food bazaar from the hostess to the bartender that was also my server. Sat outside at the bar, it was chilly so the bartender turned the heater for me. The main dish was delicious and the Moscow mule the best that I have yet. The bed was very comfortable, a beautiful bathroom. The toilet has a privacy door that opens to the inside, a bit uncomfortable when closing the door. They have multiple elevators going to different parts of the hotel, so make sure you read the signs or you will be walking extra steps.

Most luxurious and accommodating stay ever for our family trip at Disney! I’ve stayed at multiple other Disney resorts since I have 3 kids but this time was by far the BEST at the JW Marriott Bonnet Creek. It started with a call I made and spoke with David N., simply amazing, so we decided to try and I’m so thankful. Literally all staffs, valet/luggage/front desk/housekeeping/in-room dining/restaurants/pool/kids area were all so welcoming, courteous, friendly, and accommodating. My kids didn’t even care for the fancy water slides/lazy river that other properties advertise to attract more guests with kids. Little garden golf and kids play area were so fun with lots of games/books to entertain my 3 kids (16/11/7) for hours. Such a thoughtful designs and kids friendly place!! The leaders at this property must’ve done something right to run this most amazing property! Must try this property and experience what true JW Marriott offers!! I ditched JW Marriott Grand Lakes as their customer service is terrible which is from my recent personal experience.
