We were here for 5 nights and had an incredible stay. The newly renovated property offers everything one could need while at Disney and the staff is very pleasant. Amelia at Peacock Alley offered the best food recommendations (must try the everything croissant!!) Esteban out front was a warm friendly face every morning we were out front for the buses. The bus is a luxury charter bus which is shared with Signia next door. Our room was spacious, bedding soft/comfy, and plenty of space at the pool/hot tub area. There seemed to be some issues addressing room needs to Housekeeping staff (received/responded to in app but took several attempts to actually see housekeeping), but wants a huge bother. Highly recommended for your next Disney stay!

We’ve stayed at this Waldorf a handful of times and there’s a reason we keep coming back. We decided to stay at Waldorf this time to take some time to relax before our wedding. From the moment we checked in, the staff was super attentive and helped us with getting our room situated. The room remodel is very nice; plenty of nice upgrades and attention to detail. The shower was my favorite part as the water pressure was perfect! The room was clean, and the bed itself was extremely comfortable. The staff went out of their way to help us and made sure we were comfortable. Huge shoutout to Bradley on our Disney day as he shared fun facts about Disney and the Waldorf itself on the way! Luis in Valet was helpful too! I will be thinking about this stay for a long time and am looking forward to staying here again! This stay has made me even more of a Hilton fan.

This is our third time here (2018, 2021 and now 2023) and I feel like the service has slipped. There are more children under the age of 10 than adults. Also, I’ve seen 5 dogs. There are little kids and even infants in the hot tub—the hammocks by the pool are play swings for kids. Kids are running and even wrestling on the floor of the bar, no one says a thing. I don’t understand why you wouldn’t stay at a Disney hotel if you have children, there is very little for them to do here. Oscars disappointed me 2 days in a row. Both days we were seated and never given a wait staff until we asked. Not even a menu on the second day. My breakfast was dropped off and the waiter never came back. The food was (eggs Benedict) cold, the eggs were cooked through (hard boiled) and I sat there with it for 10 minutes. I just had to leave as the waiter never came back to check on us. We sat at the pool for 20 minutes and no server came. When we went to the bar to order, we were asked why we didn’t place it with the server. Because he never came, that’s why! We were treated like a nuisance when placing our lunch order. And the server had to be flagged down for drinks. It was not that crowded at all. You can hear the construction all day. I’m disappointed to say the least. This will be our last time here.

Our anniversary stay at the Waldorf Astoria was made truly special by the exceptional service provided by their dedicated staff members, Luke, Karina, and Josh Lizzy at breakfast and the rest of the staff. From the moment we stepped into the elegant lobby, it was evident that their attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction were outstanding. Staff went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of our visit was perfect. Luke's warm welcome set the tone for our stay, and Staff attentiveness to our needs throughout our visit was remarkable. Staff, orchestrated a dining experience that was nothing short of exceptional. Our room was luxurious and offered breathtaking views, and the dining experience orchestrated was a culinary delight. The Waldorf Astoria's world-class amenities, from the spa to the fitness center, provided us with relaxation and rejuvenation opportunities. Thanks to the exceptional service provided our anniversary celebration at the Waldorf Astoria was truly unforgettable. A five-star gem in every aspect, with a staff that sets the standard for excellence in hospitality.
