Great hotel, in terms of value for money. Very bad WiFi connection in the rooms. We informed the front desk a couple of times but problem was never resolved or followed upon from the staff. Housekeeping team was amazing, our room was in excellent condition every night when we would return to the hotel. Location was good, only 15 min walk from Hyde Park.

Great hotel - clean, smart, and a good price. Contemporary up to date decor & fittings. Friendly staff who accommodated our request for a quiet room. Comfy room, fresh bedding, towels & coffee / tea making facilities in the room - loved the 'all in one' kettle & tray unit. We think the reading lights were originally positioned to be either side of a double bed, but as a twin room they were a bit too close to our heads when sitting in our beds. We could move the flexible stem up out of the way but a taller person would be resting the back of their head on the light. En-suite was a little compact with a deft manouvre to get in but once in it was perfectly fine. Great shower & lovely listello tiles. All the mini shower gel, conditioner & body lotion included. We didn't have breakfast which wasn't included so we can't pass comment on that. Location was perfect for us - we were there to see a show at The Albert Hall which was only a 15 minute walk away, past the Natural History Museum and the V & A. Would go back.

Great experience here! Friendly staff, easy to find, and fairly quiet area. Clean and spacious room, and looks just like the photos on their website. i wouldn’t recommend their breakfast buffet as most of the food is cold. I would recommend for them to invest in heating lamps as the food on the top can get cold quickly. Other than that, I had a great experience!

Excellent hotel, good value and great location for an easy walk to the museums/Albert Hall. The front facing rooms have extra glazing whereas the side rooms don’t. In saying that though I still slept really well despite being on the corner side room (so as close to front facing without being front facing!). Air conditioning was wonderful for a couple of really hot days. Staff were friendly and helpful too.

I stayed 2 nights in a room with a window. However, the window looked out on a 3m square unroofed open space where 4 other rooms on each floor opened onto. Hence, there is no view and no view of the sky unless you were on a higher floor, I was on floor M3. That said, it was good to get some fresh air to complete the air-conditioning that eas an unexpected bonus. The room was compact but not cramped and had all I expected in a hotel room. Nice shower and bathroom, safe, kettle & TV. I did not sleep well the first night as the bed was uncomfortable. However, looking at why what I thought was OK was not OK was down to the fact it was two small single mattresses zipped together. The second night, I put a pillow to one side to stop me rolling to the zip in the middle and slept well. The room was clean. Remember, they want ID and a card deposit at check-in.
