I stayed here for 4 nights. First of all thanks to the manager who changed our dates after booking from app. Staff was very kind. Rooms were spacious, clean and decent. Taxis were all around. Location was good. They can improve their breakfast menu. Rest of the things were perfect 👍🏻

Was surprised with some night staff unprofessional services .1st night no one could help to resolve AC remote control problem. We sleeped in hot room till we have replacement in the next day. Tonight they refused to take luggages to the room.1st time ,he said his friend is up he will come and bring it up. Then he said , he is taking dinner and finally , he said , he is sick. They forget , they are in a hotel . The day staff are very nice and supportive. Hope the management will treat such unacceptable services and improve.

I stayed 14 days together with my mother. Everyone in the hotel was kind. The rooms were clean, the breakfast was good. I was very happy with m choice.

We lived in your hotel. The staff does not speak English at all. This manifests itself even in minimal communication. The room is dirty. Everything is old. The plumbing is broken. The kettle is broken. The staff does not follow the chain of command. This was felt from the first minutes and in every communication with the staff. Photos on the Internet do not correspond to reality at all! Terrible soundproofing, in the room on the 2nd floor you can hear how loud they are talking at the reception. No sign on the door "do not disturb" and "room cleaning". We ordered food from hotel, they carried it for 2 hours, after 2 hours they said that payment was only in cash !!! HORRIBLE HOTEL!
