Worst decision for a place to stay in Istanbul. The place stunk of cigarette smoke all day and all night. They gave me an inferior room compared to what I booked. I complained and the hotel desk clerk became disrespectful and argumentative. The curtains are in disrepair and doesn't cover the window.

Booked via Expedia. The room we were put in was dirty and not the room advertised. You open the door and it is straight onto the lobby. The sheets were old and ripped. Holes in blankets. Headboard of the bed was stained. Everything was rusty and mouldy. The water from the tap smelled very strong. Also they told us the advertise the hotel closer to the Main Street to gain more customers when it’s actually quite a walk down.
