Good spot for visiting this island. If you like swimming, take a lot photos this is the place. The hotel very convenient location, close to convenient store , close to the way go back to the main land. There are swimming pool if you don't want to swimm at the beach. This hotel is at Sun set location you can see beautiful sun set every time you stay there. Good for couples and family

Good location and nice pool. However, the hotel needs a renovation - would give 2.5/5 if I could. Some of the furniture is worn down, shower joints are black and moldy, the glass door to enter the shower needs some deep cleaning. Also some of the advertised amenities (like a hot iron) are not available - not even on request. Upon checkout staff was not interested in any feedback. No hotel shuttle service to the pier, we had to wait for over an hour to get a transportation. Overall they are friendly though - especially at the restaurant which is pretty decent. For the value offered it’s overpriced. There are better places on this island.

This hotel has 2 locations, one on the beach and one opposite. We stayed at the one opposite the ocean and it's quite dated. No elevator and 3 stories high. Of course we were on the 3rd floor and had to climb 6+ flights of steps. They do carry your bags up which was nice. I hung the "do not disturb" sign but they still came in and made the bed and gave new towels. I didn't want the bed made and I could've gotten new towels later, this was the most upsetting thing that happened. Why come inside? They also turned off the air conditioning and it took a good 45+ min to cool back down. There were also many ants that have now gotten into our bags and my wife's purse. It's too easy to set ant traps where they can't be seen. Not sure how a hotel like this still has so many ants.

- You won't get your white-sand-palms 🏝 experience here 🫤 they greedily built the restaurant and pool too close to the sea and now, with increasing sea level, there is no beach 🤦‍♀️ You better go to KC Grande if you want to lie on the sandy beach. 🏖 - too crowdy, you hardly can find any free bed on the pool, everything is already reserved. + though I highly rate the second swimming pool (cross the street). With a lengt of 25m and depth of 1,5m I could make couple of good laps 👍 - the experience with liftboy (there is no lift) from first day kept us sour for the rest of our stay. He took our laguage up to third floor, entered room and didn't want to leave until I paid him. It got really awkward coz hi hold the room key card for several minutes, positioned himself far from door and wouldn't want to leave even I goodbye him several times. - ten seconds hair dryer 🌬 and then it turned off. Whole equipment is old, like from 70's. + rich breakfast buffet - On our check-out we came in advance and asked about transfer to pier. The receptionist told us to wait 30min for public car for 50bth. After 25min she told us that the car had a delay and we had to tak private one for 500bth! I argued that it's insane and ten times more... we left angry 🤬 Waiting 5min standing on the street came a car and took us to pier for 50bth. 🙏 the bitter feeling with Kacha stayed.
