My family and I had the pleasure of staying at this delightful and centrally located hotel in Cappadocia. This trip was particularly special as we were accompanied by my wife, our 1.5-year-old son, and my mother. Undoubtedly, this experience has etched itself as a core memory in our hearts. Right from the start, the service we received was nothing short of exceptional. The concierge team was attentive and always ready with helpful recommendations, while the breakfast staff ensured our mornings began on a delightful note. The housekeeping team maintained the room impeccably, making sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. I must give a special shoutout to the hotel's restaurant, Satrap, where we had some of the most memorable dining experiences. The waitstaff, Ismail and Emre, truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The food at Satrap is a culinary journey in itself, with local dishes like sea bream and testi kebab being the highlights. Each bite was a delight to the senses. Traveling with a young child comes with its challenges, but the staff here made sure we had everything we needed. On numerous occasions, they kindly provided multiple refills of cold milk for our son, making our meal times hassle-free and enjoyable. One of the undeniable highlights of this hotel is its breathtaking views. Whether it was gazing at the enchanting landscapes or enjoying a sunset from our room, the vistas added an extra layer of magic to our stay. The friendliness and hospitality that permeate every aspect of this hotel truly set it apart. We felt like more than just guests; we felt like part of a warm and welcoming family. In conclusion, if you're looking for a place that offers spectacular views, impeccable service, and a genuine sense of warmth, this hotel is an absolute gem. Whether you're traveling as a couple, a family, or with friends, I wholeheartedly recommend this establishment for an unforgettable experience. Pros: Initially our room smelt extremely bad, like sewerage/pit toilet/dry drain. We had to sleep in it but the next day the staff kindly shifted things around for us and arranged a room shift. This was very much appreciated as we couldn't stay in the room. The breakfast was good. The drinks on terrace was good. The location is great. Con: We wanted to do laundry. There was a big group of 16 of us. At least 7 of us individually ask staff what the cost was. I asked 3 times and each time got told that they didn't know and they would ask and get back to us. so did the others. They didn't follow up other than to tell us that if we didn't get the laundry asap we wouldn't get it back in time. This was 10 mins before we went out for the full day on tour. so we all handed it in thinking that it would be reasonable. my sister and I put in two plastic bags of laundry. A dress or two, socks etc. When we checked out we were told it cost over $400 aud!! More than the clothes were worth. We were also magically presented 3 copies of the price list and told that we should have known! This was on check out 10mins prior to catching the bus to the airport. We agreed to pay half, reluctantly. If we had more time we would have contacted tourism police. The hotel intentionally kept the laundry prices from us despite multiple requests, and then gaslit us and said we should have known. Disgrace. Also, why would they recommend their guests use a laundry service that charges 850lira (46 aud) for a single dress! What a wrought. Warning - the full cave rooms are stuffy and dark, even with the air con on, so be aware. The ones with windows are better.

Best cave hotel in Cappadocia! Outstanding rooms with a really beautiful view, spacious, and has a jacuzzi facing a really amazing outdoor view. Talking about the breakfast, it is overwhelming to receive a variety of dishes on the table and quality wise it is outstanding. Highly recommend to have a stay in this cave hotel when in Cappadocia! 💯

We stayed here last year in September and loved it so much that we came back last week. This boutique hotel is avsolutely magnificent! We stayed in a beautiful cave suit with a jacuzzi (room 1005). The modern and spacious rooms are beautifully furnished, and everything is of high quality. We even had a Nespresso machine in our room which is a rarity in the region. The hotel staff is very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Breakfast at the terrace was full and amazing! The view from the terrace is just breathtaking. Having stayed in numerous hotels in Cappadocia, Kappadoks is my absolute favorite! I can highly recommend staying here.
