Perfect location, everything was close, Tram, Metro and buses. Galata port is just 2 minutes walking Topkapi and Haiga Sofia just 4 minutes by tram. The apartments were very clean with good size. Last thing Yakup the owner was very welcoming and offers help and guidance on daily basis.

We stayed for 5 days in the top floor flat with 2 balconies. You have a view on the bosporus and on the other side on galata tower. We often had breakfast and even dinner on the terace because of that. The location is perfect, not far from the main shopping street, close to the new and modern cruise ship port, next to an area for going out closeby (umbrella street) and just some stops by tram to blue mosque etc. The service was friendly and via whatsapp very responsive. The rooms were overall ok. The standard is ok standard, but not luxurary. The little kitchen is ok for small cooking. The living room is spaceous. The bathroom is extremely small for a 4-5 bedroom appartement.

The elevator is on the second floor, so not suitable for families with stroller. The location of the apartment is central and near Galata tower. Inside the apartment is not great, it's a bit old and there is no nice view you can enjoy. We first were offered a flat The bed mattress were very bad, my back was hurting me when sleeping on it.

First let's start with the owners: the two brothers Mert and Yakup, they were for real really kind to us, I stayed at their apartment for 20 days, each time that I asked for something they were always available for everything, they even asked us many times if our stay was good of if we needed something, they also helped us a lot with the taxi reservation. I have to thank them also for the special gift that they gave us and thanks also for the birthday gift! The apartment/area: It felt like home, the neighborhood was so quiet we had no problems, the area around there is amazing, you have everything close to it, just few min. walk and you can literally reach everything. The apartment had everything that we needed, we used to cook some dishes there and nothing was missing! The bedroom is also so nice, the bed itself is so comfortable, the living room was also so good. I would highly reccomend their apartment if you wan an enjoyable stay, if you want a queit place, if you want to feel like at home. The are more than owners they are real friends, and now that I know this amazing place and location, my next stay will be for sure there! Definitely the best choice for your stay in Istanbul! We stayed at Karaköy VAV Suites with my boyfriend for 3 weeks and everything was perfect. The hosts (Mert and his brother Yakup) were so kind and welcoming. They even brought both of us some special Turkish gifts which was so unexpected and made us one special offer for my boyfriend’s birthday. They also helped us a lot with the transfer to the airport. Be sure that they will make your stay really comfortable and help you with any questions, including giving tips on what you should experience in Istanbul. The neighborhood is quite and perfect for reaching everything in Istanbul. The nearest tourist attraction is the Galata Tower. It is also very comfortable to get to the Galata Bridge, at the opposite side of which there’re all the other main attractions. 2 mins away from the apartment there’s a supermarket (Carrefour), we went there almost every day. Nearby there’s also a pharmacy. The apartment itself is very nice, we really felt there like home. It was always warm and cozy. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need for cooking. The cleaning service was also perfect. We enjoyed absolutely everything! Would definitely come back to Karaköy VAV Suites! Thank you Mert and Yakup for everything! The best hosts!! Ale&Edin
