Stayed one night in a high floor premier twin room. Very nice modern room with great facilities and amenities. Loved the view and wide selection of coffees in room. The free drinks floor for patrons was a really nice touch. And the public bath was very enjoyable. Although quite busy as its popular, we had to go super early to get some quite down time.

We booked a High Floor Royal Grande Room because it came with a washer/dryer which was so helpful for the six days we were based in Osaka. The room is huge especially when there was only two of us but it was wonderful to have that space after massive days of sightseeing. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the toilet is separate from the bathroom which was good. The hotel itself is a little bit of a walk from Shin-Osaka station but nothing unreasonable. We had breakfast at the hotel two of the mornings and the selection was good, plenty of options to choose from.

The best hotel we stayed during the entire Japan trip! The rooms are amazing, lot of space even for 3 people, toilet separated from the shower and bath. The amenities are great, even the pajamas were the best one we tried from all other hotels. There are free drinks after 2PM until 10PM, also a great space to eat and heat up food in microwave. There is also an onsen, but I did have time to try. The only drawback was the distance from the station, it wasn't so long but around 15min walking fast from hotel until the JR metro trains, that was especially hard when we had lots of luggage and it was raining.

We really enjoyed this hotel. We stayed there for 4 nights, and although the bathroom and bedroom was quite small, the service was impeccable. They would clean the rooms and give us water bottles everyday and you can request them to change the bed sheets too! It is a 5 minute walk from the closest subway station and less than a minute walk from Shin-Osaka station which was helpful! I really appreciated the free shampoo, conditioner and body wash as well as a air freshener spray 😊

This hotel is superb! We enjoyed our stay here and are truly grateful to the staffs especially the housekeeping staffs. The room is clean, for us and the staffs are thoughtful. It is close to the Shin-Osaka station. 1 thing that I really appreciate is the free flow drinks area in Level 3 where I can enjoy my own takeaway food as well, while talking to friends. Not many hotels have this service. Thank you!
