I had a very bad experience. First I went for a massage where the air conditioner was on and it was extremely cold, therefore I got sick. Then I wanted to have dinner in their Turkish restaurant, where they told me that I could not sit inside, only outside where it was windy. After I complained to the manager he did absolutely nothing about it. The most amazing thing was when I was leaving the hotel the manager told me how much money there was to pay without giving me a bill! THE MANAGER wanted to charge me $100 more! After I asked for the receipt then he gave me back the $100. Disgusting attitude, I'm just outraged by it all!

I had a wonderful experience. I felt very welcomed since the moment I stepped in the lobby. Efecan assisted with the checkin and made everything possible for me and my husband to feel our best! Thank you Efekan I was stress free knowing you would sort everything as I extended the stay twice. I cannot thank him enough through out our stay at Kaya Resort. Also the girls at the reception where amazing assisting me with medicine that I needed so was not necessary for me to go to the pharmacy, they delivered it at the hotel. Very good coordinator!! I loved the food and I made sure to eat every meal at the resort. I am a coffee fanatic and I would definitely say that at the Lobby I had the best coffee and the service was very pleasant. They all speak good English. Not to mention Siri from the Spa which was very professional. I would only suggest to add berries at the food court and definitely a scale in the bathroom ( its a must with all the goodies from the chef). Visiting also different hotel in Girne I would strongly recommend and definitely come back! Looking forward to the next time😊

First time I came to this hotel, all looked nice and clean - however, I used the tooth brush that comes with the room (complimentary) and for some reason I smelt the brush (it was new in a sealed plastic as they come) it smelt like it was used and also smelt a bit minty which is normally not the case. First time in my life I actually washed the toothbrush with soap because it wasn't normal and to be on the safe side. Later on that day I went to use the shaving blade and foam that also comes complimentary. Before opening I looked and I saw hair on the razor blade which was used!!!!!!! I felt sick immediately knowing I used that toothbrush earlier. These were sealed bags!!!! I don't know how I am going to recover from this disgusting scenario. If they fail to renew a simple tooth brush and blade that costs nearly nothing compare to a room that costs £350+ a night, you can only imagine that else they cut corners on...

Arrived late night. Staff is courteous and friendly and everybody goes out of their way to help you. Rooms are luxurious, that is nice not to soft air conditioning is great, one person I talked to says this place is over-exaggerated luxury. Which it is. And that's why we come to places like this. We'll check out the casino and update later. Casino , I broke even.. and left.
