Location is perfect, just a minute right outside of JR Station. If you have luggage, take west exit to avoid stairs outside of the north-west exit. 24 hr Lawson is right on the 1st floor of the hotel. Room is new and clean. Bed is comfy. We got the superior twin room which has enough room to open 2 big luggage. We love the powerful and consistent AC which is a lifesaver in this extreme heat. We only wish there are more shelf spaces such as on the top of clothes rack etc. Lobby is really comfortable for working or gathering. There's complimentary UCC coffee. We only wish there's also hot water for tea. There's machine for check in and check out. But their staff are really friendly to help with anything we need. Breakfast in the basement is good for its price and convenience. But if you have time I suggest you explore breakfast in nearby hotels. We had much better breakfast for just a little more money. Overall I recommend this hotel and will definitely come back if I'll be Sapporo again.

The best hotel I’ve stayed at for a long time. We are from Australia. Rooms are extremely quiet. Location is perfect, just a very short walk to the main station. Room is very large and well designed. Very clean. Cannot fault anything, will tell all my friends and will be back.

Stayed very comfortably for 2 nights here. The room was sparkling clean. The receptionist, Mr Fang, was very helpful and professional. The hotel is conveniently located at the North exit of Sapporo Station, reachable in around 3 min walk.
