We booked 2 nights for a family of 5 (3 adults and 2 kids) and was very surprised that the room we were given had 4 super single beds, and was still quite spacious to walk about. There was actually 2 fully equipped toilets (with bath tubs) and all the amenities (shampoo, body soap, toothbrush, toothpaste, hair dryer etc). The room we had at level 6 didn't have much of a view since it overlooked the car park. But hotel staff were very nice, attentive and helpful. Room was very clean (there was even an air purifier!) and furnishings looked new.

Location is excellent. Just a short walk to Sapporo main train station. There is also an airport bus transfer that starts from the hotel itself costing 1100 yen per adult - takes about 1.5 hours but super convenient. Parking is 2000 yen a night, not cheap but acceptable for downtown prices. A Toyota car rental service is also housed within the hotel itself. Rooms are very large. Bathroom is slightly dated but in great condition. Rooms are not the most high tech but serve functions. There are vending machines and ice machines on each floor - self service. There is a 7/11 just across the street. A family mart and Lawson are just an additional 2-3 minute walk. Hokkaido University and the Botanic Gardens are very short walks away. Highly recommend to stay here especially if you need good connectivity to anywhere around the city.

Excellent hotel with great location and lovely staff. Breakfast was fantastic - we were given 2 options of either buffet or Japanese set style and we tried both during our 3 night stay there - both were amazing. Best of all, they allowed us to keep our luggage in the hotel AFTER we checked out for our overnight visit to Jozankei; saved us the trouble of lugging our luggage to the hill resort and back to Sapporo. Will definitely stay here again

A very nice hotel with spacey rooms. Make sure you get the rooms on higher floors, so you can actually enjoy the view. Especially in Winter it's more than awesome. You get a great view on the Hokkaido University and the Ski jump slope. The hotel has a small gym with 2 bikes and 2 running machines. While you train you can look outside and watch people roam around. The gym is located on the 2nd floor and there's also 6 laundry machines (accept 5x100 yen only) and a great onsen. On the 1st floor there's a lounge for guests, where you can get some free drinks or just sit and relax.

First off, kudos to the Concierge and Reservations. Long before we arrived, they were very responsive and very helpful to all my email enquiries and requests for assistance. Super! Room Service and Housekeeping while were staying there was equally as prompt and good. The Family Room, with 4 super single beds, was very clean with enough space for my family of 3 adults and one teenager. Best of all, there were 2 bathrooms, each with its very own bath tub. The hotel was less than 10 minutes walk from Sapporo Station with all its train and subway connections. Very convenient for getting around town and even for day trips out of Sapporo. Bus services around the hotel also made it even more convenient to travel within the city. Finally, the hotel is the first stop for the Airport Express Bus Service to New Chitose Airport. Overall, we were very impressed with the service in general and the amenities in the Family Room. Would definitely consider staying at the hotel again when we return to Sapporo
