I booked a night for the semi double bed room. The room was pretty small and it felt a bit cramped, so I opt to upgrade my room to a bigger room twin bed. It was so much more spacious. Unfortunately the walls were pretty thin, so you can hear other people’s TV. You can also hear the sounds from outside the door. If you needed privacy then this wouldnt be the hotel you want. Also the hallways were pretty messy when I checked in, the housekeeper were cleaning the room and there were towels and sheets everywhere.

I stayed there for 5 nights. Room is comfortable and clean. Free coffee inside the room (nespresso). They changed my toiletries, towels everyday. As a solo traveler, I feel safe in their hotel. Thank you Tmark city hotel!

Clean and good room condition. I left my backpack in the airport transfer bus. The staff here was helpful. He helped to contact the bus company. Fortunately my bag was found. The staff was very thoughtful, he helped to prepare a Japanese letter for me to show at the bus company office while collecting my bag. He printed out Google map of the direction to the bus company office too! We truly appreciate the hospitality at this hotel. Thank you 😊

TMark in Sapporo was an absolutely great bang-for-your-buck lodging in Sapporo as a solo traveller. I stayed in the single bed accomodation. The room was pristine clean and the bed was comfortable. The hotel itself is modern and in excellent shape. The staff were very kind and helpful to this first-time Japan traveller. Moreover, this hotel is situated right in the center of Sapporo for easy reach of the city's many amenities and activities. Clean, comfortable, modern, and facilities in excellent shape/repair. Truly representative of a great 3-star lodging for those who don't need the frills but want something more private and comfortable than a shared hostel. If you are coming from the US and have never stayed in Japan, I do caution you that the size of the room and its bathroom will feel snug. If you don't like that, then do look into the larger rooms. There are ample paid parking lots within 5-minute walk. All in all, this is a top choice of 3-star accomodation for any solo traveller or group who do not mind splitting up.
