Authentic is the word I'm using for this hotel, needs a deep clean bed is like a fold out camp bed and the Aircon was very noisy on full. Reception staff are super helpful and polite, bathroom clean and has hot water and a shower, clean towels. No kettle or fridge, so I can not keep stuff cold in the room for nighttime. Location is fine close to everything that it's easy to walk and safe. I'd comment on the view, but windows are too dirty to see out of. Breakfast is very much what it says, Continental breakfast and coffee or juice, but they were very fresh and really tasty croissants, and coffee was perfect. So great breakfast. If it's somewhere you're wanting so you can spend time in the hotel, then it's not for you. It's literally a place to lay your head. Advised as a 3 star, I'd say a 1.5 or 2 being generous. The place needs a full overhaul and deep clean.

Excellent location if you are traveling from Termini Central train station with decent restaurants. The staff is incredibly helpful and courteous, also the breakfast was adequate. The hotel storage bags fit a day at no cost and a waiting room if you need to stay for a few hours after checkout. Overall a good experience.

Good location, comfortable room, great bathroom, but room with few lights, making it very dark. Also, as a suggestion, as there are some tours departing at 6:30 am, breakfast could be available earlier. I also suggest greater diversity in the options offered at breakfast.
