Pretty poor experience staying at this Hyatt. First room they put us in smelled overwhelmingly like sewage, next room they put us in was better but the smell was still occasionally in the hallways. The bigger problem however… Sound between rooms is awful, some of the worst I’ve experienced in any hotel. You can hear upstairs, sideways, the hallways. I unfortunately had an angry couple near my room that made for unpleasant listening. But overall expect to be disrupted from bangs and other noise in the hotel at any hour of the day. Numerous other poor qualities in the room such as broken towel rails, rubbish television, etc. Other inconveniences include only 1 lift to take you up and down. Redeeming features being that the terrace restaurant is actually quite decent and a nice setting, but incredibly overpriced (€18 for soup…). I also felt the staff working throughout the hotel, mostly very friendly and helpful. Stayed here for 6 nights and regret not looking at other hotels over going straight for the hotel brand of my choice. Will not be returning and will stay clear from Hyatt hotels that aren’t from their flagship collections.

We had a great stay at the Hyatt Tribune in Rome! The room was stylish and nicely finished, and the bed was very comfortable. The service at the front desk during check-in and check-out was also excellent. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone, we had a great stay. My only complaint is that the breakfast buffet was not worth 20 Euros per person.

Beautiful hotel, great location and the staff was professional, friendly, and helpful. They ordered all of our taxis. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. Super comfortable bed. Clean bathroom. Rooftop has great views and good food! The housekeeping was lovely. They not all made the beds and cleaned but made sure the room was tidy when they left. Great hotel stay!
