What a dumpster! I still can’t believe we paid for two night stay at this hotel 200€. New Year’s Eve deal? I don’t think so! Dirty, outdated and no communication and customer service. Rooms are tiny, dusty, very dirty. None existent housekeeping. During two day stay we never saw a single cleaning personnel, room never was serviced by housekeeping, no clean towels nor water. Piles of old bedding was thrown in corridors in all floors, never were collected during our stay, garbage piles outside entrance. Very bad WiFi connection, if you are lucky every second our third time you will get connected. Location is quite alright, well connected to the city center by nearby metro. Many restaurants around the hotel.

The Kim Tian Hotel is located is a calm area of Singapore, about 15 mins walking from the metro station Kallang, in an area well connected and with different restaurants. The check in and check out were very awkward, during the check in we had the impression we were not so welcome. During the check out only 2 words: “ok, bye” if you expect something like: “Thanks, hope you had a nice stay” it is too much for this hotel. For both days I stayed, a pile of garbage was next to the entrance. Dirty towels and bed sheets were on the floor next to the elevator. The room was not cleaned after the first night. The room was small, smelly and dirty. The lamp was covered with dust, the handle of the window yellow, the walls dirty. There is a total careless of every possible detail. If you can, look for other alternatives.

When check-in to the room, the 1st thing I saw is alot of cockroaches inside the room. Besides at the door, the bed, the washroom also available. Their blanket after room service all is put outside each floor of the lif. Very annoying & dirty. Not recommended to stay even a night.
