Great location. Great gym. I like their pool and pool area. Rooms were good. Helpful and friendly staff. We had two different rooms - both were good, the room facing the pool was much more quiet than the room facing the street. We were high up (floor 9) so the noise was fine, but facing the street and a lower floor might be noisy. But I don’t know. The breakfast was expensive in relation to what selection they offer.

Hotel is modern and looks great. The gym, swimming pool and sauna are nice and the staff is friendly. Our room, however, was very noisy. Not only could we hear the parties on the street, but we could also clearly hear our neighbors.

We have just spent 4 nights here and were very impressed. "Tu" at the front desk went above and beyond to help us with our mobile phone issues which we were very grateful for. Xavier - restaurant was outstanding. He ensured that my husband was catered for being Gluten intolerant along with many food allergies - he is an asset to the property. Sila pool, gym, common areas are impeccable, location is fantastic - and plenty of places to eat nearby. Staff are very friendly and attention to detail with cleanliness is spot on. Buffet breakfast was great, plenty to choose from and ladies who were serving were more than accommodating. Would definately come back. Great value for money.

Although rooms get cleaned daily they are not done properly. Rugs are not vacuumed and long hairs are found everywhere. Washers don’t work and the dryer burnt my clothes even though I set to sensitive. Air conditioning settings do not work and you end up either too hot or too cold. Also, the internet keeps dropping. Even after the friendly techie tried to fix. Breakfast is very poor. Especially compared to the high cost. The location is pretty bad as it is next to many noisy establishments that run into the late night. Last, although not all reception staff, there are some who are really unfriendly to guests.
